Because all items are handmade and produced in small batches, returns are handled under the policies below:

Returns

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery.

Returned items must be:

✔ In original packaging

✔ Free of odor, stains, or damage

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Exchanges

We accept exchanges if:

✔ Wrong color or style received

✔ Item arrived damaged

Please email us within 48 hours of delivery with photos.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to product nature, the following items cannot be returned:

✗ Items used or worn

✗ Customized or specially dyed colors

✗ Sale or clearance items

Refunds

Refunds will be issued back to your original payment method once the returned goods are received and inspected.
