All orders are handmade, dyed, packaged, and prepared individually.

Processing time: 1–3 business days

Peak seasons (Halloween, holidays) may take up to 4–6 days.

Shipping Method

We ship through USPS or UPS.

Order Tracking

Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Delays caused by carriers are outside our control.

If tracking shows “Delivered” but package not received, please contact your local post office first.

We will assist where possible, but replacement is not guaranteed.
